Ceramic vacuum filters

Rongxin supplies replacement ceramic filter plates in a range of specifications, with customization available. Before discussing a replacement, identify the installed equipment and the details of the existing plate.
Check more than the outer dimensions
- Equipment make, model and current plate reference.
- Dimensions, thickness, connection and mounting details.
- Working conditions, replacement quantity and required delivery date.
A drawing or clear photo can support follow-up. Remove customer names, order references and other confidential information before sharing.

Plan the part and the delivery together
Alongside filter plates, maintenance discussions may include ceramic scrapers, friction rings and supporting components. Identify the part and its specification before confirming availability.
For planned replacement or repeat purchases, share the quantity, expected usage and maintenance window. Lead times depend on specification, customization and the current production schedule.

My role, and Rongxin’s role
I help clarify requirements and coordinate specifications, technical documents, samples and order communication. Rongxin provides the products, quotations, contracts and fulfillment. This journal is my personal knowledge-sharing and contact site, not a separate manufacturer.
Product catalogues, specification sheets, inspection reports and factory references can be discussed during follow-up. Sample availability and arrangements depend on the selected specification.
